Many manufacturers pay attention to the price and brand when buying needle detectors. Then, when the needle detector is not accurate enough, the 0.6 iron impurities are also caught when the needle is inspected, it will be regarded as unqualified, and the defect rate will increase. As a testing equipment, the needle detector is a machine for judging qualified and unqualified. If this is the case, the purity of the zipper must be higher, and even the level of process equipment must be improved; higher costs are increased, which manufacturers are unwilling to see.
The accuracy of needle detection is actually the detection of iron content. If there is a problem in the supply chain and it flows into the finished garment, it will obviously create a higher cost defect rate.
So how do you detect the accuracy of the machine? In fact, it is very simple, the highest sensitivity is lowered by three degrees, the highest detection test is fast, and the test is passed. Failure to pass indicates that the accuracy cannot be reached. It's that simple. For example, if 0.8 iron ball is tested at the highest height of 10 degrees, then the reduction of three degrees should be 1.2 iron ball; if it passes the 0.8 test quickly in this detection mode, it is considered qualified, and it can be judged at any height. Otherwise, it is deemed unqualified.
Although this testing method has not reached the expected testing standards so far, I believe that standards will definitely be formed in the future.
